Carved Ornamental Mushrooms

I chainsaw the rough shape of the mushroom from a log of wood which is then left to dry out for approximatley one week.
Using smaller tools I then work on the mushroom in more detail and over a period of one week the mushrooms are coated continuously with linseed oil to preserve them longterm.
