Brian Brinded -Longnetting

Brian Brinded started using longnets many moons ago when the rabbits were thin on the ground, he was lucky to meet a fellow called Obie Cole, a bit of a rouge but what he didn’t know about nets isn’t worth knowing. Under his expert tutelage Brian learned the art of longnetting, once his mentor died it was increasingly difficult to find a reliable partner to go with him on cold wet windy moonless nights Well that’s where i come in, Liam Brinded (me!), Brian's son joined the business and to make things easy Brian moved to the highlands of Scotland where we run the family business together.so after some serious trial and error he developed the Quickset Longnetting System.

He is known around many country fairs agricultural shows and game fairs where he displays and sells his invention.
