| The Sandringham Game & Country Show - 2008 |
Sandringham Game and Country Show, September 13th &14th 2008 - This Show has evolved over the years to become one of the most prestigious Game and Country Shows of the year. The extensive grounds offer an excellent shoot with John Bidwell, Fishing with Demonstrations from Bob Nudd M.B.E and The Salmon & Trout Association, and other country pursuits and sports. The Show will be working closely with the Sandringham Estate to retain its quality and popular attractions, and further develop the game element of the show. The quality game element will also include a Retriever Test & Scurry by Bill Meldrum, This was a very popular event last year, efficiently run by one of Sandringham's former Keepers. This will be accompanied by The Gundog Multi-Scurry Challenge, Gundog Clinic, Lurcher & Terrier Show, Dogzone Arena Kings Lynn & Fenland Wildfowers Display will be offering advice on the merits of Wildfowling and conservation of habitat. Along with B.A.S.C. Eastern who will be offering advice on Country Affairs.
The Falconry Village that was successfully introduced in 2006 will be present again, showing falconry display's, offering advice, raptor clinics and specialist trade and equipment stands.
With Two Action Packed Arenas and continual displays throughout the day, The Craft Village, Shopping Arcade and Fine Food Hall there's enough to keep the whole family entertained with a Great Day Out to Remember!
